Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer was our  featured speaker at the  general meeting of the HHHA on Saturday November 20, 2010.  NY State Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell and Community Board 9 Chairman Larry English  also attended the meeting. A capacity crowd of homeowners asked a variety of questions concerning community issues and concerns.

 

 

 

 

 

Borough President Springer gave an update on the Town Hall Meeting that was held two weeks later on Thursday December 2, 2010  The meeting at the Manhattanville Community Center  outlined the preliminary proposal for the West Harlem Rezoning. To view the presentation click on the following link:

NY State Assemblyman Herman D. Farrell Jr. addressed the January 2011 HHHA Meeting on Saturday January 15th.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our March 19th meeting featured NYC Public Advocate Bill DeBlasio as our featured speaker. The public advocate was warmly received by our membership and gave his views on a number of issues of concern to our community. We also presented the Children’s Art Carnival with a donation of $2000 for after-school programs.
